Job Purpose:	社内システムで利用するマスタデータを管理し、その品質を確保・維持していただきます。 また、マスタデータ管理に関連するプロセスの整備を含め、マスタデータ全般に関連する業務のリードを取っていただきます。 You will manage the master data used in our internal systems and ensure and maintain its quality. You will also take the lead on all master data-related tasks, including the management of processes related to master data management.
Key Responsibilities:	社内システムで利用するマスタデータを管理し、その品質を確保・維持していただきます。 また、マスタデータ管理に関連するプロセスの整備を含め、マスタデータ全般に関連する業務のリードを取っていただきます。 You will manage the master data used in our internal systems and ensure and maintain its quality. You will also take the lead on all master data-related tasks, including the management of processes related to master data management. Key Responsibilities: 基幹システムとそれに関連するシステムの取引先や商品に関連する各種マスタの管理／整備 業務効率化を目的とした上記マスタ運用に関する施策検討／企画立案 最適化を考慮した情報管理手法やメンテナンスプロセスの構築 マスタ登録作業 マスタ登録に関する外部ベンダーのコントロール 社内利用者からの問い合わせ対応業務 その他関連業務 Managing and maintaining various master data related to business partners and products in the ERP system and related systems Considering and planning measures for the operation of the above master data to improve business efficiency Building management methods and maintenance processes that take optimization into consideration Master data registration work Controlling outsource vendors related to master data registration Responding to inquiries from internal business users Other related tasks
Qualifications:	【必須条件】 ・英語の読み書きができる方（翻訳ツールなどの使用可能） ・マスタ管理業務に関わったご経験（3年以上） ・SAP関連プロジェクトや運用に関わったご経験3年以上 ・他部署、システムベンダーと適切にコミュニケーションできる方 ・問題発生時に、分析から対応まで自主的に進めていくことができる方 ・分析、立案、実行力 【歓迎条件】 ・ SAP認定コンサルタント資格 ※FI、CO、MM、SD ・ビジネス英語スキル（TOEIC600点以上） ・英語でのディスカッションが可能な方 [Required conditions] Able to read and write English (able to use translation tools, etc.) Experience in master data management (3 years or more) Experience in SAP-related projects and operations (3 years or more) Able to communicate appropriately with other team and outsource vendors Able to independently proceed from analysis to response when a problem occurs Ability to analyze, plan, and execute [Welcome conditions] SAP certified consultant qualification *FI, CO, MM, SD Business English skills (TOEIC score 600 or higher) Able to hold discussions in English

Working time	フレックスタイム制/1日の標準労働時間：8時間
Holiday	完全週休二日制（土日祝） 年末年始休暇、季節休暇、慶弔休暇、その他会社が定める休暇 年次有給休暇：初年度は入社日に5日もしくは10日付与（日数は入社月で変動）、次年度以降は規程により毎年4月1日に付与
